My Practice
Rooted in a lifelong yoga practice influenced by my mother, I have been practicing yoga since childhood and teaching since earning my certification at age 19. Trained in a variety of yoga styles, I am especially drawn to restorative and vinyasa flow practices, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care.
I approach yoga as both a lifelong student and teacher, weaving mindfulness, accessibility, and compassion into each class. My teaching invites students to cultivate awareness, resilience, and a sense of safety—on and off the mat.
I teach and practice at Yoga Shala by the Sea in Carmel, CA, and SoulCare Studios in Aptos, CA.

Yoga Classes &Worshops
I currently teach a Restore and Flow class at Yoga Shala by the Sea in Carmel, CA on Friday evenings at 6:00pm.
